About This Project
JPDC was delighted to accept an invitation from one of our clients to design his private villa with a minimalist and clean line approach in the coastal city of Xiamen, China.
This waterfront 2 story villa is part of a high end private residential development, the villa with private garden is designed with total floor area of 1,500 square meters.
Its modern neoclassical architecture is characterized by the generous internal spaces with floor to ceiling windows, extensive semi opened verandas with high ceiling linking all living spaces & internal gardens. The interior architecture of this Villa has fully reflected the very comfortable subtropical climate of Xiamen.
Our team had succefully created a luxury abode for this family of four, with staff quarters and guest entertainment areas. The highly personalised design is luxurious yet understated and homely, as anticipated by the owner of the villa.
