About This Project
The Rialto is a landmark heritage-listed hotel located in the central of Melbourne CBD. JPDC work closely with the Eureka Fund Management Group converted The Rialto into The Intercontinental Melbourne opened in 2009.
At the Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Hotel Investment Conference (ANZPHIC) held at Sydney in July 2009, the Rialto project has been nominated and awarded the following:
